We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow, with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex solutions within the platform.
*Lead the technical architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
*Experience Technical Architect on at least two full-cycle ServiceNow implementation projects, managing technical aspects from initiation to deployment.
*Demonstrate deep expertise in the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ITSM (IT Service Management), and Integration Hub modules.
*Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
*8-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on CMDB, ITSM, and Integration Hub modules.
*Must have served as a Technical Architect on at least two ServiceNow implementation projects.
*Overall technical knowledge of ServiceNow including integrations .
