EY - Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - PMP Certified (6-10 yrs)

Multiple positions :

Location : Bangalore (work from office for 3 to 4 days mandatory)

Immediate Joiners or max 30 Day's Notice Period Candidate Preferred.

- 7 to 10 years of experience

Responsibilities :

- Define and handle project scope, develop project plans, and implement risk management practices as per the specific NPD process for your business unit.

- Work efficiently and collaborate with multi-functional teams throughout all phases of the NPD process and ensure on time gate deliverables.

- Regularly meet with team members to discuss progress, providing mentorship on process improvement, and resolve issues.

- Achieve key business metrics defined for each project.

- Should have good exposure in financial planning & analysis, R2R projects which involve General ledger, Account reconciliations, Fixed asset accounting, Intercompany accounting.

- Stakeholder management.

- Ensure that appropriate project assurance steps are conducted throughout the project life cycle.

- Report project / schedule variances from plan in a timely manner.

Educational Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics & Communication) or a related field.

- 7 to 10 years of total work experience, with a consistent history in project management using stage-gate processes.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project/ Program Manager, demonstrating strong understanding of the SDLC process, practices, and audits.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and MPP tools.

- Expertise in project management in theory and practical experience

- Ability to manage Scope, Schedule, cost & Quality requirements, and ability to facilitate & implement organizational change.

- Technical proficiency: Proficient in using various project management tools, techniques, and software.
