Installation, Configuration Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server, Liberty, IBM MQ , Tomcat application servers

Support and Troubleshooting Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal, IBM MQ, Tomcat application servers

Troubleshooting issues related to access management solutions like IBM HIPAM etc

Support Disaster recovery plans and configurations.

Experience in providing support and good troubleshooting experience.

Knowledge of Tomcat, WebSphere security, access and roles setup and configuration

Support any New application deployed in all Dev, QA, PSE and PROD environments

Use of monitoring tools and other 3rd party tools to maintain system health and uptime.

Expert knowledge of incident, problem and change management (ITIL) processes and ITSM tools.

Install/Update/coordinate patches for Security vulnerabilities and bug fixes for WAS/IHS/tomcat

Open cases and knowledge of working with vendors.

Support 24/7 shift coverage for BAU production support

Qualifications

Soft Skills Strong communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence across teams.

Proven experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.

Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
