We are looking for a APIM Middleware Support Engineer, with strong Linux and Windows administration skills.
Responsibilities will be focused on, but not limited to the support of Chubb s Middleware platforms with a primary focus on APIM with support also including WebSphere, Tomcat, BizTalk, Apache, IIS, SFTP.
You will provide first\Second level support for operational issues, perform deployments of existing engineering patterns, engage Application Teams for requirements gathering, and perform operational processes to validate and ensure the health and capacity of Chubb s Middleware platform.
The APIM Middleware Support Engineer will also collaborate with Engineering in the development of engineering patterns, deployment specifications, and enablement of patterns through the DevOps automation pipeline.
You will be responsible to identify, build and implement solutions to increase stability, reduce toil and improve overall customer experience.
