Project Manager : Digital Banking Solutions.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and customization of Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) and FLEXCUBE Direct Banking solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing digital banking implementations across multiple countries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of OBDX and FLEXCUBE Direct Banking solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, and integration with core banking systems.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects across different geographical locations.

- Prepare and maintain detailed functional specifications and high-level design documents.

- Oversee integration between digital banking platforms and core banking systems.

- Lead requirement analysis and gap assessment for new implementations and upgrades.

- Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions for clients.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

- Perform risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure successful deployment and testing of applications.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, REST services.

- Proficiency with WebLogic/WebSphere application servers.

- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and ORM frameworks.

- Knowledge of mobile banking applications development.

- Understanding of Oracle HTTP server, Knockout.js, and Eclipse Link.

- Experience with core banking systems, preferably UBS.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in banking technology projects.

- Proven experience managing OBDX/FLEXCUBE implementations.

- Strong understanding of retail and corporate banking modules.

- Oracle FLEXCUBE Direct Banking/OBDX certification preferred.
