- Utilize your technical expertise to source potential candidates from various platforms (Stack Overflow, Github, niche job boards).
- Leverage Boolean search and social media recruiting strategies to identify top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Employ a variety of interview formats (phone, video conferencing, structured interviews) to evaluate candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit.
- Partner with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with departmental goals.
- Craft and deliver personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates, showcasing exciting career opportunities at our company.
- Participate in tech conferences, meetups, and industry events to network with potential candidates and build relationships within the tech community.
- Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Champion our employer brand by promoting the company as a top destination for IT professionals.
- Conduct regular job and task analyses to maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or a similar role (3+ years).
- In-depth understanding of the IT landscape and ability to translate technical requirements into clear and concise job descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats and strong evaluation skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
