Talent Acquisition:
- Leverage your strong expertise in Talent Acquisition to understand and meet complex business requirements.
- You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates who align with both the technical and cultural needs of the organization.
Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, building strong relationships and managing stakeholders effectively to ensure alignment with hiring goals.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Work closely with internal and external clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience by providing timely and quality service.
Delivery Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Strategic Planning:
- Stay ahead of market trends and industry best practices.
-Work proactively to align hiring strategies with evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA/PG or equivalent
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and stakeholder relationships.
