- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.
- This role requires a highly organized and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify and attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate source) and generate reports for management.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends.
- Research and evaluate new recruitment technologies and tools.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Skills:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
