Role Description. This is a full-time role for a Sr. Client Acquisition Manager (APAC Staffing) at Tecnoprism Pvt Ltd. The Sr. Client Acquisition Manager will identify and acquire new clients in the APAC region, develop client relationships, understand client staffing needs, and provide tailored staffing solutions. Responsibilities also include negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Acquisition (APAC Focus):
- Develop and execute a robust client acquisition strategy specifically targeting businesses across the APAC region (e.g., Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, etc.).
- Identify and qualify potential new clients through proactive research, networking, industry events, and leveraging market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within the APAC technology landscape.
- Understand the specific business cultures and nuances within different APAC sub-regions to tailor acquisition approaches effectively.
Client Relationship Development and Management:
- Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at new and prospective client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning staffing solutions to support their growth.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to understand evolving needs and ensure satisfaction.
Understanding Client Staffing Needs:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of client staffing requirements, including technical skill sets, project timelines, team dynamics, and cultural fit.
- Effectively translate client needs into clear and actionable staffing solution proposals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent demands within the APAC technology market.
Developing Tailored Staffing Solutions:
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to develop and present customized staffing solutions that precisely address client needs (e.g., contract staffing, permanent placement, contract-to-hire).
- Articulate the value proposition of Tecnoprism's staffing services and how they align with client objectives.
- Present compelling proposals and solutions to prospective clients.
Contract Negotiation and Closure:
- Lead and manage the negotiation of client contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and adherence to company guidelines.
- Navigate complex contractual discussions and effectively address client concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate contract finalization and onboarding.
Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the successful fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional staffing services.
- Build strong client loyalty and foster long-term partnerships.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with internal recruitment teams, account managers, and leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide clear and concise client requirements to the recruitment team.
- Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and acquisition activities within CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on client acquisition progress, targets, and market trends.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning for the APAC region.
Market Awareness and Networking:
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the APAC region to build relationships and generate leads.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics within the APAC staffing landscape.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of proven success in client acquisition and business development within the staffing industry, with a significant focus on the APAC region.
- APAC Staffing Expertise: Deep understanding of the staffing landscape, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition challenges within the diverse APAC market.
- Relationship Management Acumen: Exceptional ability to build, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients at all levels.
- Negotiation Prowess: Highly skilled negotiator with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving favorable contract terms.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present compelling solutions and influence stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Independent and Team Player: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive results while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Educational Background: Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge (Plus): Experience in the technology consultancy or technology staffing industry is a significant plus.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel within the APAC region as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to the diverse cultural nuances within the APAC region.
