About the Job:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our RPO and Staff Augmentation services within the domestic market.
- This role is crucial for expanding our client base and establishing us as the preferred talent solutions provider.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the staffing industry, a proven track record of success in sales, and a passion for building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition (70% Focus):
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the domestic market for RPO and Staff Augmentation services.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate key market segments.
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Relationship Management (20% Focus):
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving talent needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Process & Proposal Development (5% Focus):
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Accurately forecast sales revenue and track progress against targets.
- Market Intelligence & Collaboration (5% Focus):
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging talent needs.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT/Staff Augmentation or broader staffing solutions industry.
- Demonstrable success in the domestic market is essential (70% focus).
- Experience with international markets is a plus (30% focus).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of RPO, Staff Augmentation, and other talent acquisition models.
- Familiarity with resource management and talent lifecycle processes.
Sales Skills:
- Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Communication:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for achieving goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
