Experience: 8 Years with 3+ years as an Account Management (State/Federal Client Exp ).
About the Role:
- We're looking for a US Account Manager who hold at least 3 years of Account Management experience with State/Federal client into US IT/NON IT Staffing.
- As a key player in our team, you'll manage strategic client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Account Management and handling IT/NON IT requirements from- state/federal clients, leading full recruitment cycle-interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Responsible for Strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
- Must be having-capability to work with team or individually.
- Responsible for ensuring that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results.
- Responsible for managing client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- High-level understanding of staffing solutions and client needs within a VMS/MSP environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Technical Educational background is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
