Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) vertical to achieve revenue goals and market penetration.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, performance metrics, and ensuring timely achievement of sales targets.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive new business acquisition by targeting key healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical providers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and clients for RCM services, expanding the companys market presence and portfolio.
- Revenue Generation: Take ownership of the sales pipeline, forecasting, and achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest trends and regulatory changes in the RCM space, ensuring that the team remains competitive and well-informed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the senior leadership team and internal stakeholders such as marketing, product, and operations to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Sales Training & Development: Provide training, coaching, and performance reviews to sales team members, ensuring consistent improvement in sales skills, knowledge, and client interactions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, manage complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals with healthcare organizations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare-related sales.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- An MBA is preferred.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in RCM sales, understanding of the healthcare industry, and relevant regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to manage large accounts and negotiate complex contracts.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to drive market growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
