About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.
- This role focuses on driving business growth within our Contract Staffing and Product/Service Hiring divisions.
- You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs, and delivering tailored workforce solutions.
- This position requires a strong understanding of the technology industry and a proven track record in account management, delivery, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Market Share: Achieve and exceed assigned business growth and market share targets for designated accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
- Needs Analysis & Solution Development: Proactively identify and analyze client workforce requirements, developing customized staffing solutions that address their short-term and long-term goals.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to existing client managers regarding upcoming positions, projects, and activities.
- Qualify leads through research and initial client contact, nurturing them into viable business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Recruiting Team: Partner closely with the recruiting team to ensure effective sourcing and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Clearly communicate and prioritize client needs, providing detailed job specifications and feedback.
- Contract Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate contracts and bill rates with client managers, ensuring consistent achievement of gross margin objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account growth, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Satisfaction & Retention: Drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention by consistently exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in account management, delivery, and business development within the technology staffing industry.
