Manager - Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Opportunity Assessment:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the southern territory to identify potential business opportunities.
- Assess market trends, client needs, and competition to develop a strong sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Meet and engage with key decision-makers, such as HR Heads, GMs, CFOs, and Top Management, to present staffing solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies that align with company goals and profitability.
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
Business Development and Prospecting:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients within the staffing and recruitment domain.
- Work on strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Work on promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and promotion standards in the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Proven ability to meet and influence decision-makers in client organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills with a focus on achieving business goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities and develop effective strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in staffing/manpower sales.
- Hands-on experience meeting decision-makers like HR Heads, CFOs, and Top Management.
