Corporate SALES- MICE
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Strategy:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to promote MICE services to corporate clients.
- Identify potential corporate clients and support the sales team in acquiring new accounts.
- Collaborate with senior team members to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize travel/event solutions accordingly.
Coordination and Execution:
- Support the operations and events teams in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate packages.
- Track client requests and provide updates on package status and delivery.
Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- Provide insights to the team to help improve offerings and sales strategies.
Administrative Tasks and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales performance and market analysis for the management team.
Skills and Competencies:
- Basic understanding of domestic and international incentive tour packages, event planning, and conference management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under the guidance of senior members.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in MICE or corporate sales is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
