- Gather and analyze competitor information on pricing, products, projects, and sales schemes.
- Provide recommendations to management on sales schemes to support dealership and project sales growth.

- Proven track record in sales and lead generation within a relevant industry.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition effectively.
- Experience working with builders, architects, and distributors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales reporting and customer management
