Role Description :
- We are seeking a full-time, on-site Accounts Manager to join our team at IT-SCIENT in Bengaluru.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's relationships with its clients and key accounts, aiming to build long-term, sustainable relationships.
- This role involves overseeing accounts from initial engagement to long-term partnership, with a focus on maintaining and expanding the client base.
- The Accounts Manager will also be responsible for business development, client relationship management, managing escalations, and strategic planning to ensure a positive brand image in the market and business community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, specifically within the US staffing sector.
- Lead and oversee the delivery teams, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of client projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Assess client staffing needs and offer customized solutions.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate contracts, including terms and conditions, with clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular status reports on account performance to senior management.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in account management, particularly within the US IT staffing industry.
- Proven success in client delivery and account growth within the staffing sector.
- Strong account management aptitude, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management within the US staffing industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Familiarity with US labor laws and regulations.
