Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition efforts within the IT Staffing and Services Industry.
- The ideal candidate will have an in-depth experience across India and global markets (US and Middle east preferably), a proven track record in IT services and staffing, and a strong ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT staffing and services industry across India and global markets.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT sector, offering tailored staffing solutions to meet their talent needs.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify business prospects.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media, to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for potential clients, aligning staffing solutions to their unique requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as recruiters and account managers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Client Retention: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns related to service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, with at least 5 years in the IT Staffing and Services industry.
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and staffing for India and global markets.
- Good exposure to IT Services projects - onsite/offshore/blended models.
- Strong network within the IT sector and experience managing enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a results-oriented approach.
- Willing to travel on business needs, within India and internationally.
