Job Description
We are looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with at least experience of 2+ years who can understand business requirement and other functional specifications.
Experience
- Overall experience of 2 to 4 years. Should have minimum 2+ years of relevant experience on HCM Cloud modules.
- Must have worked in at least two modules from the list of Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, ORC, OLC, OTL, Payroll, Compensation Management, Benefits.
- In-depth understanding of Recruitment business process and its related process of Onboarding and Core HR.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
- Should have worked as Functional consultant in one implementation project and implemented/configured HCM Cloud.
- Should be able to handle all configurations independently or with minimal assistance.
- Should be equipped with Global Implementation Support experiences.
- Must have experience in conducting Solution Workshop Sessions, System Configuration, CRPs, SIT, UAT, User Trainings and Go-Live.
- Willing to learn and work on new technologies.
- Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Should be willing to travel to onsite.
- Any Oracle HCM Certification is an added key advantage.
Must Have Skills
- Graduate-level (B.Tech ) Degree or Equivalent.
- Candidate with at-least 2+ years experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience of at-least one full Life- Cycle HCM Implementation Projects on Oracle HCM Cloud
- Have intermediate level knowledge in Core HR, ORC
- Must be able to perform configuration based on the client requirement
Must have strong knowledge in Fit Gap analysis and writing the Functional Specifications, - Good communication skills, able to discuss technical functional issues/solutions with the relevant stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- As an Oracle Functional Consultant, you will participate on design, development, testing and delivery of Oracle HCM application solutions for various clients for EY GDS.
- You will capture functional and technical requirements from the client and translate business requirements in Oracle requirements identifying the best solution.
- You will be responsible for Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- You will be responsible to Conduct Solution Workshop Sessions, System Configuration, CRPs, SIT, UAT, User Trainings
CONSULTING SKILLS
- Fusion HCM Certification preferred
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
- Builds confidence and trust with clients
- Displays effective analytical skills
