    • Conduct regular audits of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and termination.
    • Evaluate the adherence of HR policies and procedures to relevant laws and regulations.
    • Identify compliance risks and provide recommendations to address gaps in HR practices.2.Control Implementation:
    • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR data.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of control measures and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Collaborate with other departments to integrate HR controls into broader organizational risk management strategies

    • Review and update existing HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.
    • Assist in the development of new HR policies and procedures to address emerging needs within the organization.
    • Ensure that all HR documentation is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to HR leadership.
    • Maintain accurate records of audit trails, control implementations, and policy revisions.
    • Document best practices and lessons learned from audit activities.
    • Training and Support:
    • Provide training to HR staff and management on compliance matters and the importance of internal controls.
    • Offer guidance and support to HR team members in implementing corrective actions following audit findings.
    • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in HR compliance and risk management.
    • Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
    • Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the HR department.
