Required Experience & Knowledge:

Education: Masters degree in HR or a related field. Certification in HR (e.g., IIM HR programs) is a plus.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience, particularly in infrastructure, energy, or IT sectors, with expertise in Talent Acquisition, L&D, Grievance Handling, HR Operations, PMS, and SOP/Policy creation.

Software Knowledge: Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and compliance tools. Familiarity with modern HR technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, middle, and senior management roles.
• Implement modern recruitment practices to attract top talent.

Learning & Development (L&D):

• Develop training programs based on competency mapping and business needs.
• Create and execute annual training calendars.

HR Operations:

• Oversee payroll, compliance, and employee grievance resolution processes.
• Conduct audits of HR policies and processes for compliance and effectiveness.

Performance Management:

• Design and implement PMS frameworks for employee evaluations.
• Facilitate quarterly and annual performance reviews.

SOP & Policy Creation:

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational values and legal requirements.
• Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.

Operational Duties:

HRMS Implementation:

• Ensure seamless HRMS integration and adoption.
• Monitor and address system-related issues in collaboration with IT.

Employee Engagement:

• Organize engagement programs and recognition initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Address grievances and ensure timely resolution.

Manpower Planning:

• Forecast and plan manpower requirements in line with business goals.
• Develop succession and career development plans.
