Primary Responsibilities

Good experience in any 2 to 3 HCM Modules (Payroll, OTL, Comp and Core HR or Absences.

Providing 2nd line support for our Oracle HCM Solution

resolving technical issues within the setup of our Oracle HCM Solution

the creation and maintenance of configuration and fast formulae

providing occasional content for training material

self-learning as well as working closely with the team to understand new product features

Key Result Areas:

The consultant would be primarily judged in following areas of work:

- Previous experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM and writing fast formulae

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to produce an advanced level of clear, detailed and precise documentation

- The ability to work under pressure and excellent time management skills

- The ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment with changing priorities

- A strong attention to detail with a desire and ability to work accurately

- A can do attitude with a desire to deliver excellent results
