Job Description
- Technical experience on Oracle Fusion HCM Global HR, Benefits Absence, Payroll OTBI and BIP reports and dashboard.
- Knowledge of debugging and creating HCM Extracts in fusion.
- Candidate should have experience in writing medium to complex extraction scripts (SQL) from EBS for Core HR, Absence and Payroll data load in the Fusion HDL format.
- Strong expertise in writing medium to complex SQLs for generating Recon reports in Absence and Payroll area in Fusion.
- Expertise in creating HCM Data load in fusion (HDL), HSDL and resolution of errors.
- Experience in at least 2 Implementation and Data migrations project involving EBS and HCM Cloud.
- Strong expertise in writing Fast Formulas in Payroll, Absence and OTL areas.
