Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm s operations. Key responsibilities includes

Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
Preparing GTM materials for the firm
Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

UI-UX design experience, Prototyping and Wireframing, Edge Animate, HTML 5, CSS, Java Script, App development, (Essential)
Angular JS, Python, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office, After effects - Video editing knowledge (Desirable)
Good presentation skills, communication skills, aggressive at work, people friendly, and team player

Qualification

Graduate - Bachelor s Degree - preferably in Arts/Graphic/Web Design and/or related discipline
Diploma in Print or digital media from a reputed institution
Post-Graduate in design (Desirable)

Experience

EY is looking for a Creative Digital Designer who is proficient in User Interface-User Experience (UI-UX) with up-to-date knowledge of current trends prevailing in Website and Mobile applications. Effectively able to translate client needs into solutions through Prototyping and Wireframing. Also, will interface and cooperate with our designers and BMC team.

Your key responsibilities

Maintains a high degree of knowledge and proficiency on the latest creative trends/tools and leverages that knowledge to create innovative creative project deliverables. 4-5 years of experience in UI-UX Foundation Projects
Manages routine Website and Mobile Application design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes work, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines

Works closely with the client, monitoring the workload, projects and reviewing work products Constantly
Produces creative layouts and design for client deliverables requiring conceptualization and ideation
Maintains a high level of knowledge on tools and resources used by the firm and constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the self/team s work stream
Consults with the clients, has detailed discussion on the requirements and provides conceptual design solutions as per the client requirements
Supports firm brand, understands, implements, and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including VI and branding guidelines
Excellent team working, communication (comprehend, verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade
