Job Description

Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
Preparing GTM materials for the firm
Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Monitor social media channels for mentions of our brand, competitors, and industry trends

Analyze social media conversations to identify patterns, sentiment, and emerging issues

Generate regular reports on social listening findings, providing actionable insights to inform content and marketing strategies

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to leverage social insights for campaign development and audience engagement

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Proficient in social media listening tools and platforms

Experience

3-5 years of experience in social media listening or digital analytics

I like the exposure which we gain while working in a good team. The team members were kind and supportive.

Dislikes

Huge amount of work load. People expect you to work even when you ill. Our mostly weekends were working, we can't even plan anything for weekend in advance. Also my team did not promote work from home concept
