To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

LLB or STEM resources having experience in managing Data Subject Access Request.

Be a part of client s Global Privacy Operations team. Promote a culture of privacy compliance through global privacy policies and standards that reinforce enterprise-wide accountability and adaptability to privacy regulatory changes as per the evolving business dynamics.
Handle the end-to-end Individual Rights Management process for Global Privacy Operations.
Identify the type of right the Data Subject is asking and fulfil the request liaising with various Privacy teams globally.
Work with Privacy Contacts to coordinate on any Data Privacy related matters
Support in Privacy related Trainings
Support in drafting policies, procedures and guidelines on Privacy matters
Provide guidance on compliance to applicable data protection laws and regulations for Individual Rights Management process
Creation of dashboards and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs for Global Privacy Operations team
Good understanding on Data Privacy Impact Assessments
Well versed in using One Trust and Service Now.

Experience

1 to 2 years experience in Privacy. Good understanding on GDPR & US State Laws in Privacy.
