Key Responsibilities:

• Source top talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS tools.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for consulting roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening for potential hires.
• Leverage market insights to improve sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in sourcing/talent acquisition, preferably in consulting.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and job boards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in high-volume and niche role hiring.
