Job Description: Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Position: Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist
Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Work Location: Pune (Work From Office)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong ability to identify, screen, and engage top talent across various industries. This role requires working from our Pune office, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have experience using job boards, social media, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Create and update job descriptions.
• Help with end to end recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing
• Experience in using job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of different roles and industries for sourcing.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
• Construction industry exposure is added advantage.
