HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting reference checks.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics to provide insights into hiring trends and progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market conditions.

Desired Profile :

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a focus on delivering quality hires.

Requirements -

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
• Excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
