Job Description

Job Summary:

We seek a self-motivated, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments.

As an Inside Sales Representative, youll identify opportunities, engage procurement, IT teams, and decision-makers, and offer tailored IT hardware, software, and services solutions. Strong IT knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and proven sales drive are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in SMB and Mid-Market segments through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting. Understand SMB and Mid-Market company challenges, budgets, and IT requirements. Engage with key stakeholders to position the company as their preferred IT partner.

Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys IT offerings, including hardware, software, and services. Provide customized recommendations that align with clients’ needs and budgets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with product teams and technical specialists to acquire customers through technical consulting, custom solutions, proof-of-concept, and demos.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system to progress leads through the sales cycle and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
  • Leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for SMB and Mid-Market audiences, and partner with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. 
  • Coordinate with technical teams & account managers to facilitate onboarding and pre/post-sale support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB and Mid-Market clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications: 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, software, or services.


Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of IT challenges faced by SMBs and Mid-Market companies, including scalability, cost-efficiency, and security.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).


Key attributes:

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.

Strong analytical skills to understand client pain points and propose solutions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
