Job Description
SAP IS Utility Customer Service (CS)/C4C
As part of our EY GDS-Utilities team, you will work to implement and support SAP IS-U projects for clients. You will get an opportunity to work with high quality team. You will get an opportunity to build innovating product which solves client s problem.
We re looking for Senior with expertise in SAP IS Utility Customer Service (CS)/C4C to join the EYD GDS Utilities team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.
Your key responsibilities
- To provide functional knowledge with hands-on experience in electricity, gas and water utilities.
- Hands on experience configuring the IS-U system
- Drive Business Workshops, Blueprint Sessions, develop BBPs/BBDs FS, Test Scenarios, conduct Trainings, perform Testing and provide defect management support for Device Management module
- Design core / customized business processes and provide best practices for ISU.
- Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Non-technical stakeholders
- Willing to travel as per requirement
Skills and attributes for success
- Should understand different business process in of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated)
- Should possess SAP ISU-CS/C4C knowledge for preparation of business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases etc.
- Should have knowledge of the Meter to Cash
- Hands on configuration Knowledge in following areas:
- Interaction Center
- Move-in & Move-out,
- Service notification,
- Service work order,
- Disconnection/Reconnection, etc
- CIc0 profiles
- Outage Management
- Exposure of Indian localization.
- Strong knowledge in integration with 3rd party systems.
- Develop templates and methods to improve the efficiency of application support.
- Gather and prioritizes relevant SAP Business requirements and designing the appropriate solution
- Understands configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between other modules of SAP such as Device Management, Billing, FICA and design and troubleshoot in the area with this knowledge
- Defines test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the unit, cycle and integration tests
To qualify for the role, you must have
- College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
- Should be more than 3 yr of experience in a functional role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period
- Should have worked on minimum 1 implementation from scratch as a consultant.
- SAP Utilities certifications a plus
Ideally, you ll also have
- Experience on integration with Cross Module of ISU, and other third-party applications
- Basic Meter to Cash Cycle
- A Team of people with commercial acumen, technical experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment
