Has deep practical experience in managing last-mile labour law payroll and establishment compliance for large organisations - both IT-ITES / service companies and factories with presence across the country

Has deep technical knowledge of various central and state labour laws / rules, compliance requirements, notifications, circulars, etc.

Has deep knowledge of technology tools available in the market for managing labour law compliance

Has been active in obtaining registrations / licences under the Factories Act, Shops and Establishment Act, Contract Labour Regulations Act, Interstate Migrant Workers Act, etc.

Have conducted vendor audits for contract labour engaged by clients as principal employers

Have managed contractor compliance for contract labour outsourced by clients to principal employers

Have handled inspections conducted by Provident Fund / labour authorities

Job description

Overall operations in-charge for labour law compliance client engagements - this covers taking overall responsibility for client management, team management, operations, time management, quality assurance and risk management

Manage last mile labour law payroll and establishment compliance for clients with presence across the country which cover preparing, maintaining and filing various registers, records and returns

Audit and track compliance status for clients from central and state labour law perspective

Audit third party contractor compliance

Manage contractor compliance for contract labour

Dealing with labour law, PF and ESI department for obtaining various approvals and filing returns

Handling inspections and representing clients before labour law, PF and ESI department
