Job Description


Job Overview:

The Head of Talent Acquisition - Hospitality will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic hiring framework to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier hospitality professionals. This leadership role requires an experienced recruitment professional who is organized, data-driven, and skilled in structuring a high-performing talent acquisition function. You will be responsible for managing a team, training recruiters, optimizing hiring processes, and ensuring the best-in-class talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a structured talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth goals.
  • Build a scalable and efficient recruitment process tailored for HNI and corporate staffing needs.
  • Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and forecast hiring needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding of top-tier hospitality professionals.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure hiring efficiency and optimize recruitment outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Set KPIs and monitor team productivity to maintain hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within the talent acquisition team.

Process Optimization & Technology Integration

  • Implement best practices in recruitment operations, ensuring seamless and time-efficient hiring.
  • Introduce and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tech tools.
  • Develop structured interview and assessment frameworks to improve candidate selection.
  • Ensure a data-driven approach to recruitment, using analytics for continuous process improvement.

Employer Branding & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen the company's employer brand within the luxury hospitality recruitment market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, hospitality schools, and global talent networks.
  • Represent EliteButlers Hospitality Solutions at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams and key clients to ensure hiring needs are met with high-quality talent.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on talent trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates to meet future hiring demands.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality, luxury staffing, or executive recruitment.
  • Proven leadership experience in building, training, and managing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of global hospitality talent trends, workforce planning, and executive hiring strategies.
  • Experience in structuring recruitment frameworks and leveraging HR technology for optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise in headhunting, sourcing, and engaging top-tier talent in luxury hospitality and corporate staffing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
