Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate personal and professional commitments, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Oversee household management, staff coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Assist in financial planning, bill payments, and budgeting.
- Research and manage personal shopping, gifting, and event planning.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Provide administrative support, including email and document management.
- Facilitate communications with stakeholders, partners, and employees.
- Manage lifestyle-related tasks such as fitness schedules, medical appointments, and social events.
- Experience: 7+ years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving and multitasking ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- This is a full-time remote role until the clients office is set up.
- Flexibility in work hours may be required based on client needs.
- Occasional travel may be required.
