This is a general post, and your profile shall be considered for relevant roles as per your location preference.

We are seeking a professional and experienced Butler to join a private household in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in butler services, with 2-5 years of experience in high-end private residences or luxury hotels. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a high standard of personal hygiene. The successful candidate will join an existing butler and work collaboratively to ensure the familys needs are met with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Service:

- Provide exceptional butler services to the family, ensuring all needs and requests are promptly and efficiently addressed.

- Assist with the daily routines of the household, including meal service, packing and unpacking luggage, and organizing personal items.

- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the familys personal matters.

2. Household Management:

- Work closely with the existing butler to manage household tasks and responsibilities.

- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the household, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations.

3. Guest Relations:

- Greet and attend to guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and impeccable service throughout their stay.

- Assist with the planning and execution of events and gatherings within the household.

4. Travel Assistance:

- Assist the family with travel arrangements, including packing, itinerary planning, and logistics.

- Having a valid passport is preferred to accompany the family on international trips if required.

5. Transportation:

- Knowledge of two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving is preferable but not mandatory.

- Assist with driving duties if necessary.

6. General Duties:

- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.

- Exhibit a cultured demeanor and excellent communication skills in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in butler services within high-end private residences or luxury hotels.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High standard of personal hygiene and grooming.

- Cultured and well-mannered demeanor.

- Valid passport preferred.

- Knowledge of driving two-wheeler or four-wheeler is a plus, but not mandatory.
