EHK - Executive Housekeeper

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping operations, including supervising staff, scheduling tasks, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
  
• Oversee room service delivery to ensure timely and efficient service to guests.
  
• Develop and implement effective housekeeping management systems to maintain high levels of quality control.
  
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospitality industry regulations and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or related field (BHM preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping management principles, practices, and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction and conflict resolution.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
