Housekeeping Supervisor

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female House Manager/Supervisor to manage and support the operations of a large farmhouse in Delhi
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spanish, with a strong background in hospitality, and preferably some experience in housekeeping

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the property, including the gym, sauna, wellness center, guest rooms, bar, study, library, and master bedroom
• Support the existing House Manager in managing and coordinating the household staff, including 5 female housekeeping staff, 8 gardeners/housekeepers, 1 cook, 1 pet care staff, 7 guards, 2 drivers, and 2 maintenance staff
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service are maintained throughout the property
• Liaise with family members to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient household operation
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property maintenance and supplies
• Manage schedules, rosters, and training for staff to maintain optimal performance
• Monitor and manage household budgets and expenses in coordination with the family
• Address any issues or emergencies that arise, providing solutions promptly and efficiently
