Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

Shift: US EST Hours (Night Shift in India)

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Priority: Early or immediate joiners will be given first preference.


Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 26 years of experience in corporate, internal, lateral, and leadership hiring for non-IT functional roles. This position requires expertise in hiring for Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Business Development, Finance, Accounting, and Talent Acquisition/Recruiters across both the US and India markets. The role operates during US EST hours (night shift in India) and demands a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT functional roles across corporate, internal, lateral, and leadership levels.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter: Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to actively search, engage, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop hiring strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct resume evaluations, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with job expectations.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 26 years of experience in recruiting for Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Business Development, Finance, Accounting, and Talent Acquisition roles.
  • Strong expertise in corporate, internal, lateral, and leadership hiring for both US and India markets.
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Comfortable working US EST hours (night shift in India).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently as an individual contributor.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute.
  • MBA or an advanced degree in HR or a related field.
  • Prior experience in hiring for diverse industries or business functions.
