Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Role

This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at TaxManager. The role involves handling full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions to build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Leadership: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring continuous development.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborating with department heads and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Process Optimization: Implementing and refining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
• Employer Branding: Contributing to employer branding efforts by representing the company at industry events and on social media platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in account management and team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

• Familiarity with prescribed key performance indicators of (KPIs) for sales people
• Adept experience with handling and optimizing job boards such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed etc
