We are looking for a seasoned Pre-Sales Digital Transformation Consultant with a strong background in solution architecture or solution design, specifically in Data Engineering. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on multi-cloud data engineering projects and expertise in leveraging technologies such as Cloud, Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Intelligent Automation to design innovative solutions. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and technology requirements, while creating tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities
1. Driving process and technology consulting for digital transformation initiatives.
2. Positioning and selling digital transformation solutions to clients.
3. Assessing client systems and processes to recommend innovative solutions.
4. Designing customer-centric journeys with a focus on user experience.
5. Leading RFx responses, demos, and bid defenses for automation projects.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
7. Engaging with C-suite executives and independently managing client relationships.
8. Supporting business development by crafting compelling SoWs and proposals.
Requirements
1. 7-15 years of experience in pre-sales and crafting digital transformation solutions.
2. Proven expertise in leveraging technologies like AI, ML, cloud, and analytics.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Strong pre-sales and solutioning capabilities with a history of closing deals.
5. Education: B.Tech + MBA or equivalent.
6. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and modern technologies like chatbots and UI/UX design.
