Requirements:

1. Graduate with 8+ years' experience in driving lean sig-sigma improvement and transformational projects

2. Experience in quality control, quality assurance, or supplier quality engineering

3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
