Team Lead - US Accounting (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1.Oversee the US accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements

2.Manage financial reporting and analysis for the US entity

3.Lead year-end closing activities

4.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and tax filings

5.Mentor and develop a high-performing team

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance(Year end accounting)

CPA certification preferred

2.Experience in Payroll returns Filling

3.Expertise in Sales tax return filing

4.5+ years of experience in US GAAP accounting

5.Strong knowledge of US tax regulations

6.Previous experience managing a team
