Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing cluster business plans to achieve sales targets in the wealth management segment.

- Managing relationships with HNI clients (investment surplus above - 1 Crore) to provide top-notch advisory services.

- Motivating and mentoring the sales team to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.

- Distinguishing the company through brand-building activities and highlighting research-based strengths.

- Growing the cluster's AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue to meet organizational goals.

Requirements:

- Graduation in any stream; MBA in Marketing or AMFI certification preferred.

- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in wealth management or banking.

- Proven expertise in acquiring new-to-the-firm clients and managing HNI/UHNI relationships.

- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and financial advisory services.

- Excellent leadership, relationship management, and business development skills.
