Associate/Senior Associate - Financial Advisory (2-7 yrs)

Job Description :This role is part of our advisory services business and involves working directly with global institutional investors such as investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms. The candidate will be expected to take lead on the projects assigned to them and make sure that the deliverables are provided to client within the stipulated timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the clients in supporting them through various stages in the life cycle of an investment transaction across various credit and alternative asset classes - loan portfolios, securitisations and other structured credit products, specialty financing and real estate.

- Create and review credible, flexible, and fully transparent financial models to provide an independent valuation on a periodic basis, based on regulatory requirements of alternative investment funds.

- Take a lead on designing valuation approaches for new asset types

- Contribute towards building of the valuations platform for private markets

- Work as an extended team of clients on underwriting investments which includes creating financial models from scratch, modelling for different scenarios, running sensitivities, analytics and payment waterfalls.

- Present the analysis or cashflow models to clients/third parties on calls as well as assist in the preparation of investment summaries and credit memos.

- Provide support for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal analysis and business planning and any ad-hoc analytics for portfolio monitoring,surveillance, and reporting.

- Present the valuation outputs to clients, investors and auditors on calls.
