Cluster Head - Wealth Management - HNI/UHNI (6-15 yrs)

Key Deliverables

- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales in the Mumbai region

- Continuously improve the sales effectiveness

- Motivate and direct the sales team

- Distinguish the company vis-a-vis competitor

- Engage in brand building exercises by focusing on the research based strength of the company

Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any stream / MBA in Marketing, AMFI

Experience: 10+ Years in Sales, 5+ Years of Wealth Management experience in the industry/Must be from Wealth Platform or banking background.

Responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services. Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.
