Job Description
Cluster Head
Key Deliverables:
- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales in the Mumbai region.
- Continuously improve the sales effectiveness.
- Motivate and direct the sales team.
- Distinguish the company vis-a-vis competitor.
- Engage in brand building exercises by focusing on the research based strength of the company.
- Responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services.
- Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.
- Experience: 5+ Years of Wealth Management experience in the industry/Must be from Wealth Platform or banking background.
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any stream / MBA in Marketing, AMFI.
