Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing client relationships in the wealth management industry. The candidate should have excellent understanding of financial products and holistic overview of product suitability to the clients.
The candidate should have a hands-on experience of handling UHNI/HNI clients with minimum ticket size exceeding 5 crores.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients' financial goals and objectives and provide suitable investment advice
- Recommend investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, and debt funds based on clients' needs.
- Monitor clients' portfolios and provide regular updates on performance.
- Conduct financial reviews and prepare investment proposals for clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting wealth management products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Meet individual and team targets for business growth and client acquisition.
Requirements :
- MBA in Marketing/Finance will be preferred with specific modules/certification of wealth management.
- Should have solely managed and serviced client relationship worth 200-300 crs.
- 8-12 years of experience as a Wealth Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in mutual funds, PMS, and debt funds, bonds, CPs etc.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and investment strategies.
- Ability to work as part of the team.
