Job Responsibility:
- Provide strategic direction and management of assessment, conceptualization, design and roll-out of various short-term and long- term OD interventions around structure, processes and HR / talent management practices to gain a competitive advantage.
- Leverage data from tools like performance reviews, employee surveys and business and HR metrics to develop insightful solutions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive OD and L&D strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Conducting analysis to identify areas for improvement within the organization, including employee engagement, performance gaps, and leadership development needs.
- Identify the business issues and solve the same with joint efforts of stakeholders.
- Implementing initiatives to attract, retain, and develop high- performing employees across the organization.
- Developing performance metrics and frameworks to evaluate individual and team effectiveness.
- Assessing employee engagement levels and implementing strategies to improve morale and satisfaction.
- Designing the KRA/KPI, Performance Evaluation, and designing roles and responsibilities.
- Succession Planning and creating a growth path for all the potential employees.
- Culture of appreciation through Town Hall, Reward and recognition, and other employee engagement activities.
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritize OD and L&D initiatives and secure necessary resources.
- Design and implement leadership training programs to cultivate high- potential talent and prepare for succession planning.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders on effective leadership behaviors and development strategies.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support new organizational structures or processes.
- Create and deliver diverse learning programs, including e-learning modules, in-person workshops, and blended learning approaches.
- Integrate L&D initiatives with performance management systems to support individual development goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Identify high-potential employees and design tailored development plans to support their career progression.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and encourage employees to take ownership of their development.
- Track key metrics related to L&D impact, such as employee engagement, skills proficiency, and return on investment.
- Analyze data to inform future OD and L&D strategies and decision- making.
Qualification and Experience:
- Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience of 5+ years minimum in OD and L&D
- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Master's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
Working Days and Timings:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturday off
