Key Responsibilities:
1- Program Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
2- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3- Technology Implementation: Oversee the integration and implementation of HR systems (HRIS, LMS, payroll, talent management systems, etc.).
4- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with project needs.
5- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and HR stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
6- Audit & Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring HR technology initiatives are secure and compliant with industry standards.
7- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current HR systems, identify areas for optimization, and recommend technology upgrades.
8- Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR technologies across the organization.
Key Competencies/Skills Required:
1-Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in IT program management with at least 3-5 years of experience managing HR technology projects.
3- HR Systems Knowledge: Proven experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), LMS, payroll, and talent management systems.
4- Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project).
5- Technical Expertise: Strong ability to understand complex IT systems and collaborate with technical teams effectively.
6- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
7- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent certifications preferred.
