Associate Director - Business Development - Large Corporates/Mid Corporates - Financial Products (8-10 yrs)

Leading global organization is seeking an experienced professional to join their Large / Mid Corporate Group in the Business Development department. This role requires a strong background in sales, client onboarding, relationship management, and a sound understanding of financial products and debt markets.

1. Drive the origination of Business for the Large/ Mid Corporate Group within the assigned region.

4. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, business processes, and competitor activities relevant to client industries.

5. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in sales, particularly in client onboarding and relationship management.

2. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.

3. Solid understanding of financial products, particularly in debt markets.
